We’re flexible and want to make things easy. You can choose how involved you want to be. Whether you’d like to actively gather documents and references, or simply pass us a completed enquiry form and let us handle the rest, it’s entirely up to you! Either way, we’ll keep you updated every step of the way. And when your client agrees to add any broker arrangement fee to their loan, we’ll send it directly to you, along with your standard commission, right after completion.
We take a personal approach to every application. Forget credit scoring or automated systems – we look at each case individually. We’ll get back to you with detailed terms and requirements within a few hours, so you can chat with your client with confidence. We only speak to your client directly when the loan is ready to complete, unless you’ve opted for us to handle the application directly. This puts you firmly in the driver’s seat, allowing you to guide your client with complete assurance.
