How it works

Security & LTV

We typically lend as a 2nd charge secured against owner-occupied residential property or investment properties, up to 75% LTV, provided the borrower is the registered proprietor of the property offered as security. We also consider 1st charge loans in some circumstances.

We understand that financial histories can vary. We’re happy to consider applicants with less-than-perfect credit profiles, provided the overall loan proposal is sound.

We offer both fixed and variable interest rate options, and some loans even allow for interest roll-up, payable upon loan repayment. We believe in transparency and ensure all costs and fees are clearly disclosed upfront, so you can make informed decisions.
